HabiWe receives payment through . Payment will not be drawn from your account when the product is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and VAT included.
HabiWe APS aims to ship a placed order by no later than 17:00 (5 PM) on the same day. Orders placed later than this will be shipped the following weekday.
A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). This right applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. Depending on the situation, you may request the following: repair or exchange of the product, a refund of your money or a reduced price. The right of complaint does not apply to any damages resulting from improper handling of the product/service. Complaints must reach us within a “reasonable time” of the discovery of the defect/error. HabiWe APS will cover return costs to a reasonable degree.

In the event of returns, complaints and the use of the right of withdrawal, the product is to be sent to: HabiWe APS Elisabeths Vænge 11 8660 Skanderborg. We do not accept cash on delivery consignments.
In the event of a refund, we ask that you enclose bank information so that we can transfer the agreed-upon amount. If you live in Denmark, this is Reg. No. and Account no. For international customers inside the EU, this is IBAN and account no. This information can safely be given through email or other forms of electronic communication, as this is not sensitive information and will only be used to complete your refund.
Right of returns
We give 14 days’ right of return on products purchased from our webshop.
This period is counted from the day:
– You receive your order
– You receive the final piece or product if several different products are parts of a single order delivered separately or in more than one delivery.
– You receive the final batch/part if the product to be delivered consists of several batches/pieces.
– You receive the first product in a line of regular deliveries that span a specific period.
You must pay the cost of the return.
Withdrawal of an order must be announced to us within 14 days of purchase, and the product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal. The announcement must be given to us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the announcement, make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the product to us, you must fill out the enclosed return label and send the delivery to HabiWe APS Elisabeths Vænge 11 8660 Skanderborg.
You cannot withdraw your order simply by refusing to accept the delivery without also giving a clear announcement of this.
Exceptions in right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
– Products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given an evident personal touch.
– Sealed products that, due to health-protective or hygienic reasons, are not suited to be returned and whose seals have been broken.
– Products that, due to their kind, become inextricably mixed with others at delivery.
– Products whose seal has been broken.
– Completed non-financial services if the delivery of said service is begun with the consumer’s previous explicit consent to and recognition of the fact that the right of withdrawal will cease to apply at the service’s completion.
– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered physically if the execution is begun with the consumer’s previous explicit consent and recognition of the consumer losing their right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines except for subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements made at public auctions.
– Products that quickly deteriorate or become obsolete
With no unnecessary delays and no later than 14 days after using your right of withdrawal, your order must be returned. You must pay the direct expenses of the return. When you return a product, it is your responsibility to properly wrap and protect the product for shipping. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. Delivery will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our right of withdrawal formula.
From the moment the product is delivered to you, and until we have received the product back, it is your responsibility.
We do not accept cash on delivery consignments.
Product’s condition upon return
You are only responsible for any depreciation of the product’s value resulting from any handling that is not necessary to determine the product’s kind, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you may test the product as if you were in a physical store.
If the product is handled in any other way than the ones described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawing your purchase, you will only be refunded part of or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product’s commercial value at the time of receiving the return. As a result, to be refunded the entire purchase amount, you must test the product without using it.
Should you withdraw your purchase, you will, of course, be reimbursed the amount you paid us. In the event of value depreciation that you are responsible for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. At the use of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including costs of delivery (except extra expenses that are a result of your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to use your right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be completed through the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We may withhold reimbursement of the amount until we have received the product back unless you have previously presented documentation of the product having been shipped.
